Mail Sentinel is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
In no event shall The App Maker Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Mail Sentinel. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Mail Sentinel for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Your use of Mail Sentinel is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may provide updates to Mail Sentinel from time to time. These updates are included in your license at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify features in updates.
Your license to use Mail Sentinel will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
